Sharing Channels

Hiresome Supports the following channels to share a job post application link:

1. Linkedin
2. Twitter
3. Facebook
4. Direct Application Link

How to share a job post?

1. Click the share icon next to the Job Title
   

2. A share prompt should open, feel free to click the Twitter Icon, Facebook Icon and the Linkedin Icon to share to these platforms.

3. You can also generate a direct application link by clicking the Link(Last) icon.
   

4. You can change the Source and Medium option and click the Create Link button to create a trackable link.
   

5. Copy the generate link and share directly with applicants.
   

   Note: The link has your referral Id embedded, any applicant that uses this link to apply to the job post would be marked as your referral. Note: It is important that you enable Allow Open to apply/Active option in the job post settings.

Manage job post link ‘Source’ options

Requires 'Manage System Settings' permission You can create new ‘Source’ to categorise all job share links

1. Navigate to Settings > Lists > Sources
2. Type the Source in the search bar to search.
3. If the Source already exists click the x icon to remove it
4. if the Source doesn’t exist you’ll see a prompt to add it to the list, click the prompt to add the new Source to the list.
   
5. Click the Save button to save changes.
