Delete/Restore A Job Post

Requires 'Delete Job Posting' permission

Delete a Job Post

  1. Click the three dots menu besides the Job Title drawing
  2. Click the Delete Job option.
  3. Click the Delete button on the confirmation popup.

Restore deleted job postings

  1. Navigate to Settings > Deleted Jobs
  2. Select the job posting(s) that you want to restore.
  3. Click the Restore button at the top right.
  4. Click the Restore button again inside the prompt to confirm.

Who all are notified?

A system generated email outlining the deletion/restore made to the job post is sent to:

  1. Recruiters/Vendors and other users who are assigned to this job post.
  2. Emails marked under Job notification label inside the job post.
  3. Stakeholder emails mentioned under ‘Settings > System Notifications > Job Post Updated’
