Enable Indeed Job Sync Integration

1. Navigate to Settings → Integrations from the left-hand navigation bar.

   

2. Locate the Indeed Job Sync section.

3. Turn ON the toggle to enable the integration.

   Once enabled, all newly published roles will automatically sync to your connected Indeed account.

Manage Indeed Job Sync Integration

After enabling the integration, you can manage your synced jobs directly from the same page:

1. Sync Now - Manually sync all existing roles to Indeed.
   Useful if you’ve recently updated or added roles.

2. Delete Inactive - Remove inactive or closed roles from Indeed to keep your listings current.

3. Delete All - Remove all active roles from Indeed before turning the integration off.
   Recommended if you plan to disconnect the integration.

Notes

• Ensure that your roles meet Indeed’s posting guidelines for successful synchronization.
• It may take a few minutes for updates to reflect on Indeed after syncing.
