Enable Outlook Calendar sync and MS Teams
- Navigate to Settings > Integrate with other Apps > Integrations.
- Enable Outlook Calendar.
- Follow on screen prompts and allow Hiresome access to Outlook.
- Come back to the settings page, refresh the page, and enable Outlook calendar again.
- Once enabled, you can enable MS Teams too.
Enable Google Calendar sync and GMeet
- Navigate to Settings > Integrate with other Apps > Integrations.
- Enable Google Calendar.
- Follow on screen prompts and allow Hiresome access to Google Calendar.
- Come back to the settings page, refresh the page, and enable Google calendar again.
- Once enabled, you can enable Google Meet too.
How to schedule interviews with an applicant?
- Open the job post you wish to schedule interview for.
- Open the applicant profile.
- Click schedule interview
- Set the interview title, type, timings and attendees and Click
Next
- Interviews support 5 different types of attendees: Admin, Organizer, Guest, Candidate, & Interviewer. It is important to understand the attendees marked as
Interviewers are the only one that receive the profile and feedback form for the applicant.
- Set share preferences and click
Next
- Select feedback form(if needed) that is required to be filled by interviewers
- Click Send Invite
- Check mark the
Share profiles option if you wish to share profiles with the interviewers via Email and also check mark the Share meeting invitation if you wish to send an e-mail invite to all attendees of this interview.
